Why can’t I pay directly on the website?

We currently operate on a quote-based system to ensure you get accurate pricing based on availability, shipping location, and order size. This allows us to offer the best value and personalized service.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalog and add the products you're interested in to your quote list. Once you've submitted your quote request, we’ll get back to you with pricing and availability. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the payment and shipping process.

When will I get a response after submitting a quote?

We aim to respond to all quote requests within 1–2 business days. If you haven't heard back from us, feel free to follow up via our contact form or email.

What happens after I confirm my quote?

Once you confirm your quote, we will issue a formal invoice along with payment instructions. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed and dispatched according to our delivery timelines.

Can I make changes to my quote after submitting?

Yes, changes can be made before payment is finalized. If you need to adjust your quote, please contact us as soon as possible with the changes you'd like to make.

Is my order confirmed once I submit the quote?

No, submitting a quote is only a request. Your order is only confirmed once we send you a final quote and receive payment in full.

How long does delivery take?
